摘要 | In recent years, with the growing population base and the increasingly severe ecological environment, energy storage materials have become a hot topic in the field of material manufacturing, and the market has a great demand for energy storage materials. But there are still many problems in the technical level. The continuous development of nanotechnology provides the possibility for the preparation of organic composite phase change energy storage materials. Therefore, it is very necessary to actively carry out research on the preparation of organic nanocomposite phase change energy storage materials. The purpose of this paper is mainly to discuss the preparation of organic nanocomposite phase change energy storage materials. Four samples of Cu-paraffin, Al-paraffin, C (Cu) -paraffin, and paraffin were selected as the experimental objects, and the types of nanoparticles were respectively tested Determination, phase change temperature, phase change latent heat and specific heat determination and composite heat transfer test, compare the data of each group. The results show that when the number of cycles is 0, the melting phase transition temperature of the Cu-paraffin nanocomposite phase change heat storage material is 53.8 degrees C, the solidification phase transition temperature is 60.4 degrees C, the latent heat of phase change is 197.9KJ / Kg; At 20 times, the melting phase change temperature of Cu-paraffin nanocomposite phase change heat storage material is 53.1 degrees C, the solidification phase change temperature is 61 degrees C, and the latent heat of phase change is 197.2KJ /Kg. It can be seen that the Cu-paraffin nanocomposite phase change heat storage material has superior energy storage effect. |
