The Preload Analyses of CFETR CSMC Pre-compression Structure

摘要CSMC is preparatory towards the final design and fabrication of China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor Central Solenoid. As one of the key components, the preload structure plays a critical function to maintain the integrity of CSMC winding modules under different load cases. Thus, it requires the preload structure has enough strength to resist the different kinds of external load. Moreover, to uniformly distribute the preload on the winding modules, it is needed to decrease the preload difference between the inner and outer tension rod under the steady operation state. In the paper, the preload variation under different load cases is analyzed and two different strategies are proposed to decrease the preload difference. The analysis results demonstrate the schemes are feasible. The methodology given in the paper is helpful for the design of the CFETR Central Solenoid.
