摘要 | The discovery of high Tcsuperconductors shakes the Kim-Anderson model which has dominated the vortex dynamics for twenty years.Researchers suggest various new models,such as vortex glass model,collective pinning model and pinning potential-current(U~j) logarithmic model,to explain the magnetic flux dynamics in high T_c superconductors.Among them the vortex glass model has been widely accepted.Since the iron based superconductors are found,scientists discover that they behave similar to the high Tcsuperconductors.In this paper,we measured the V~I characteristic curves of the FeSe_(0.5)Te_(0.5) single crystal carefully and found that all the models mentioned above cannot explain our experimental results well,but Zhang ’ s reverse hopping model just in accord with the experimental results.We discuss the suitability of these models for vortex dynamics in high Tcsuperconductors and give reasonable explanations. |
