摘要Because of the potential for realizing new topological states, pyrochlore iridates have recently attracted growing interest in condensed matter physics In this paper we report a systematic study of Bi_2Ir_2O_7 by doping Ca~(2+) and Mn~(4+) ion. The crystal structure, electrical transport and magnetic properties were performed. We found that the antiferromagnetism was enhanced and metal-insulator transition was induced in both doped systems.
