摘要The thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy foam has been measured as a function of cell size and relative density. The results show that the thermal conductivity of foam rapidly decreases with the increase of porosity and is about 1/30-1/80 of the solid material. The cell size has a minor influence on the thermal conductivity of foam and appears to have a negligible effect. The dependence of the thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy foam on porosity can be described by the series-parallel and the parallel-series models. The experimental results show that the series-parallel model is more suitable.
