Abstract介绍了多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)的纯化和修饰LiClO4的方法,研究了其对水蒸气的敏感特性。比较了MnWO4(Hubnerite),BaTiO3(Perovskite),NiWO4(Huberite),ZnCr2O4(spinel)作修饰物的湿敏特性。实验结果表明;LiClO4/MWNTs有良好的湿敏特性,响应时间为2min,恢复时间在1min左右。湿敏实验发现,和单纯的多壁碳纳米管不同,LiClO4/MWNTs的电阻不再先升高后下降。
Other AbstractThe humidity sensing properties of multi-walled carbon nanotubes modified with LiClO4 was investigated. The new sensing material was characterized by FESEM,FHR,Raman and XPS. For comparison, the humidity sensing characteristics of four conventional materials MnWO4 (hubnerite), BaTiO3 (perovskite), NiWO4 (huberite) and ZnCr2 O4 (spinel) were also discussed. The selectivity of the new sensing material was studied. Finally, the response to water vapour of the new sensing material was discussed by using a dynamic testing method.
